Lemon Butter

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 grated lemon, rind of
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs till light.add sugar with lemon juice and grated lemon peel.
  • 2 combine in a saucepan with butter and salt.
