High Protein Soy Pudding

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (1 ounce) package sugar free fat free instant pudding mix, any flavor
  • 2 cups cold nonfat milk
  • 1/2 cup non-flavored soy protein isolate (i use now foods brand)

Recipe

  • 1 beat pudding, protein powder, and milk for 2 minutes.
  • 2 chill in refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
