Corn Custard Pudding

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 cups whole kernel corn
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 fold flour through corn thoroughly.
  • 2 mix sugar, eggs and milk.
  • 3 pour liquid mixture over corn and flour and mix thoroughly.
  • 4 add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5 bake 1 hour in 375 degree oven.
  • 6 let set for 10 minutes before serving.
