Bannana Pudding

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 dash vanilla extract
  • 2 -3 bananas (cut up in circles)
  • vanilla wafer cookie

Recipe

  • 1 mix yolks and milk well.
  • 2 in a seperate bowl mix flour and sugar.
  • 3 put the milk and yolk mixture in a pot on the stove in medium high heat( or 4).
  • 4 add flour and sugar mix into pot.
  • 5 stir on stores for 15 min (dont stop).
  • 6 let cool for about 5min.
  • 7 add waflers and bannanas in a seperate pan(in this pan the pudding will be served).
  • 8 then add pudding to pan.
  • 9 decorate.
  • 10 cover loosely and store in refigerator for a couple of hours.
