Layered Banana Pineapple Dessert

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup margarine or 1/3 cup butter (melted)
  • 3 bananas (sliced)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 packages instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed (i prefer cool whip)

Recipe

  • 1 mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine in a 13 x 9" cake pan.
  • 2 press evenly onto bottom of pan.
  • 3 arrange banana slices on crust.
  • 4 beat cream cheese in a large bowl with a wire whisk or electric mixer until smooth.
  • 5 gradually beat in milk.
  • 6 add pudding mixes.
  • 7 beat until well blended.
  • 8 spread evenly over banana slices.
  • 9 spoon pineapple evenly over pudding mixture.
  • 10 spread whipped topping over pineapple.
  • 11 refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
