Ingredients

- 5 cups low-fat vanilla soymilk
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package sugar-free fat-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 6 splenda quick packs
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons fat free reddi-wip topping
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend on high speed until mixed thoroughly. refrigerate in a covered container for at least a few hours to allow nog to thicken.
- 2 if you like, before serving, top each glass off with a squirt of reddi-wip and a sprinkling of cinnamon. yum time!
