Fruit Pudding

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups sliced fruit
- 1/4-1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup hot water or 1 cup juice
Recipe
- 1 mix the dry ingredients with the butter in a food processor and run until the mix is smooth and crumbly.
- 2 add the milk and run to blend.
- 3 spread in the bottom of an 8x8 baking pan.
- 4 spread the fruit over it.
- 5 sprinkle with sugar to taste.
- 6 pour the hot water or juice over the whole thing.
- 7 bake st 375 f for 40 minutes.
- 8 serve warm or cool with cream.
