- 4 large strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 ripe peeled banana
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 -8 ice cubes
