Lemon Pudding Cookies

Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup unbleached cane sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 mix flour and baking soda.
- 3 in a 2nd large bowl, cream together the margarine, brown sugar, and cane sugar.
- 4 add instant pudding mix, stir until blended.
- 5 add eggs and vanilla.
- 6 blend in flour mixture.
- 7 place rounded drops of dough on ungreased cookie sheets.
- 8 bake for aprox 15 mins - tops and edges will turn golden brown.
