Ingredients

- 3 ounces instant sugar free pudding (recommended chocolate, or butterscotch, vanilla, etc. pudding of choice, this is one large box or tw)
- 1/3 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 12 scoops protein powder (recommended chocolate powder)
- 4 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 6 cups instant nonfat dry milk powder
Recipe
- 1 mix it all in a big bowl and put it in an air-tight container.
- 2 blend 2/3 cup of mix in 12 oz cold water.
