High-protein Instant Breakfast Mix

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 3 ounces instant sugar free pudding (recommended chocolate, or butterscotch, vanilla, etc. pudding of choice, this is one large box or tw)
  • 1/3 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 12 scoops protein powder (recommended chocolate powder)
  • 4 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 6 cups instant nonfat dry milk powder

Recipe

  • 1 mix it all in a big bowl and put it in an air-tight container.
  • 2 blend 2/3 cup of mix in 12 oz cold water.
