Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins

Ingredients

- 18 1/4 ounces cake mix
- 6 ounces lemon pudding mix
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 3 large eggs, lighty beaten
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/3 vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl, blend together cake mix, pudding, and poppy seeds.in seperate bowl, combine eggs, water and oil until well blended.
- 2 blend dry ingredients into wet and gently stir.
- 3 line muffin tins with papers.fill each cup 2/3 full.
- 4 bake in 350* oven for 20 minutes --
- 5 or toothpick test comes out clean when inserted near the center.
- 6 cool 5 minutes before removing from tin.
