Kmw Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 2 cups protein powder
  • 3 ounces sugar free pudding mix
  • 3 cups oats

Recipe

  • 1 mix powders and milk, stir in oats.
  • 2 spray muffiin pan with pam cooking spray and put in fridge to set.
