Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 5 tablespoons golden syrup
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 180.
- 2 with electric mixer, beat butter and sugar.
- 3 add egg and vanilla, milk and flour.
- 4 grease a 6 pan non stick muffin pan with butter.
- 5 place 3 teaspoons of batter in each pan.
- 6 top batter with 3 teaspoons of syrup, top with remaining batter.
- 7 place in centre of oven to bake for about 20 minutes.
- 8 test with a skewer.
- 9 carefully invert to serve hot.
