Easy Syrup Puddings

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 5 tablespoons golden syrup

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 180.
  • 2 with electric mixer, beat butter and sugar.
  • 3 add egg and vanilla, milk and flour.
  • 4 grease a 6 pan non stick muffin pan with butter.
  • 5 place 3 teaspoons of batter in each pan.
  • 6 top batter with 3 teaspoons of syrup, top with remaining batter.
  • 7 place in centre of oven to bake for about 20 minutes.
  • 8 test with a skewer.
  • 9 carefully invert to serve hot.
