Ingredients
- 16 tablespoons 100% whey protein powder (8 scoops, vanilla is best)
- 3 cups oats
- 3 ounces sugar free pudding mix (any flavor)
- 2 cups skim milk
Recipe
- 1 mix until a sticky batter has formed (this may take a few minutes).
- 2 use a large spoon to spread mix into the bottom of a pam sprayed glass or metal cooking tray (spread until even).
- 3 put in the fridge overnight and cut into 8 equal bars.
