Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 dash cinnamon (optional) or 1 dash nutmeg (optional)
Recipe
- 1 heat honey and milk in double boiler.
- 2 beat eggs and salt until thick.
- 3 add hot milk to yolks and return to boiler to finish cooking.
- 4 when mixture coats silver spoon, remove from heat.
- 5 add vanilla and spices if desired.
- 6 chill before serving.
