Magic Punt's Meat Replacement Bars - Modified)

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 16 tablespoons protein powder (8 scoops)
  • 2 3/4 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped raisins and dried apple (combined)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 6 1/2 tablespoons sugar free vanilla pudding (1/2 box)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all together.
  • 2 line pan with waxed paper, spray paper.
  • 3 press in pan firmly.
  • 4 refrigerate for 1 day.
  • 5 just lift the paper out of the pan, flip it over on a dish, peel paper off, then cut.
