Ingredients
- 16 tablespoons protein powder (8 scoops)
- 2 3/4 cups oats
- 1/4 cup chopped raisins and dried apple (combined)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup skim milk
- 6 1/2 tablespoons sugar free vanilla pudding (1/2 box)
Recipe
- 1 mix all together.
- 2 line pan with waxed paper, spray paper.
- 3 press in pan firmly.
- 4 refrigerate for 1 day.
- 5 just lift the paper out of the pan, flip it over on a dish, peel paper off, then cut.
