- 20 ounces crushed pineapple
- 1 cup marshmallow miniatures
- 1 ounce fat-free sugar-free instant pistachio pudding mix

- 1 combine the cool whip and instant pudding mix.
- 2 mix in the pineapple (with juice).
- 3 mix in mini marshmallows.
- 4 refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
