- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups milk
- 1 package instant lemon pudding
- 1 graham cracker crust
Recipe
- 1 combine cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk in a medium bowl.
- 2 mix until smooth.
- 3 add remaining milk and pudding mix.
- 4 using an egg beater, mix well.
- 5 pour into pie crust.
- 6 refrigerate an hour or until firm.
