- 1 (16 ounce) can lemon pie filling
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 graham cracker crust
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients (except crust) in a large bowl. beat with electric mixer at medium speed 3-4 minutes or until smooth. pour into crust.
- 2 chill until ready to serve.
