(leftover) Rice Pudding

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups rice, cooked
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  • 2 heat over medium-high and stir often until milk and rice thicken, about 20 minutes or so.
  • 3 put into dessert cups and chill until ready to eat.
