Jim's Pineapple Cheese Pie

Ingredients

- 1 (9 inch) pie shells
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping
- 1 (6 ounce) box pineapple jell-o
- 1 (12 ounce) container cream cheese
Recipe
- 1 drain juice from pineapple.
- 2 set the fruit aside.
- 3 dissolve jello in the pineapple juice, and microwave for 1 minute.
- 4 mix whipped topping and cream cheese until smoothe.
- 5 mix pineapple into cream cheese mixture, stir in jello and juice mixture; mix thoroughly.
- 6 pour into pie shell, and refrigerate for 4-5 hours .
- 7 it is now ready to serve.
- 8 it serves six.
- 9 and if you don`t want to make a pie, you can serve it in pudding dishes.
