Italian Rum Raisin Bread Pudding

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 loafs egg bread
- 12 ounces sugar
- 1/2 quart heavy cream
- 16 ounces raisins
- 12 egg yolks
- 4 ounces tuaca liqueur
- 4 ounces banana liqueur
- 8 ounces brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 mix sugar and eggs.
- 2 add heavy cream, raisins, tuaca, banana liqueur and add to 1 1/2 loafs of egg bread cut into 1" cubes.
- 3 gently mix.
- 4 place mixture in buttered pan.
- 5 cover with brown sugar.
- 6 bake for 2 hours at 300°f.
- 7 this will make a lot so you may want to half the recipe. make sure to cut the bread in small pieces and stir well to coat all the bread.
