Fluffy Raspberry Mousse

Total Time: 1 hr 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries or 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 cups whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan combine 1 1/2 cups raspberries and sugar.
  • 2 heat and stir over medium heat until turn to liquid.
  • 3 stir in gelatin.
  • 4 remove from heat and scrape into a large bowl.
  • 5 let cool for 5 minutes.
  • 6 remove chilled whipped cream from refrigerator.
  • 7 mix 1 cup of whipped cream into raspberry mixture until well combined.
  • 8 fold in remaining whipped cream.
