Eves Pudding

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 50 g margarine
  • 50 g self raising flour
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 large apple
  • 15 ml baking powder

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingredients with the egg and margarine and mix until creamy.
  • 2 peel apple and chop into thin pieces.
  • 3 pour in half the mix and place half fruit on top.
  • 4 cover fruit with sugar and add the rest of fruit and mix.
  • 5 put in oven for twenty to thirty mins or gas mark 5 bake until golden brown.
  • 6 you can check with chopstick if any mix clings to chopstick it's not ready check again in about 5 minutes.
  • 7 enjoy!
