My Milo Tart Creation

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- marie biscuits
- 4 cups milk
- 6 tablespoons milo
- 2 teaspoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoons cake flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 125 ml dessert cream
- 1 cup fresh cream
Recipe
- 1 place half of the marie biscuits in a dessert tray.
- 2 heat milk in pot.
- 3 add vanilla essence and sugar.
- 4 place milo, flour and cocoa in bowl and make a paste, adding dessert cream.
- 5 throw other half of marie biscuits in pot, adding paste slowly and stirring continuously with a whisk (makes it easier for me) until everything has dissolved and mixture is smooth.
- 6 fold in fresh cream.
- 7 when cooled. pour over biscuits in tray and refrigerate for 4 hours.
