My Milo Tart Creation

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • marie biscuits
  • 4 cups milk
  • 6 tablespoons milo
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons cake flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 125 ml dessert cream
  • 1 cup fresh cream

Recipe

  • 1 place half of the marie biscuits in a dessert tray.
  • 2 heat milk in pot.
  • 3 add vanilla essence and sugar.
  • 4 place milo, flour and cocoa in bowl and make a paste, adding dessert cream.
  • 5 throw other half of marie biscuits in pot, adding paste slowly and stirring continuously with a whisk (makes it easier for me) until everything has dissolved and mixture is smooth.
  • 6 fold in fresh cream.
  • 7 when cooled. pour over biscuits in tray and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • 8 enjoy----------.
