Corn Pudding

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups fresh corn or 2 cups canned corn
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour or 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 to the corn add salt, sugar, flour, and melted butter. combine.
