Coconut Cream Delight

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup coconut
• 1/2 cup butter
• 3 ounces jello coconut gelatin
• 1/2 pint whipped cream or 1/2 pint dream whip

Recipe

• 1 crust:.
• 2 mix all ingredients until crumbly. spread on cookie sheet and bake in 400 oven until lightly browned. when cooled, spread three-quarters of the crumbs in a square cake pan. reserve remaining crumbs to sprinkle over whipped cream.
• 3 topping:.
• 4 prepare pudding. spread over crumb base. top with whipped cream. sprinkle reserved crumbs over top.
