Best Coconut Pie

Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 0.5 (3 1/2 ounce) box jell-o pudding mix
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 (13 ounce) can milk
- 2 cups coconut
- 1 store bought pie crust
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- 2 add the flour, stir.
- 3 add the pudding mix, stir.
- 4 add the margarine, milk and vanilla, stir.
- 5 add the coconut and stir up real good.
- 6 pour it in the pie crust
- 7 bake in the oven at 350°f for 45 minutes, until done.
- 8 each pie serve 8.
