Easy Lemon Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup double cream
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1 lemon, zest of
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup low-fat cream cheese or 1/4 cup fat free cream cheese

Recipe

  • 1 place the double cream, lemon zest and sugar in a large bowl and whisk until it thickens.
  • 2 add lemon juice and whisk again until thick.
  • 3 fold in cream cheese.
  • 4 transfer to serving dishes.
