- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 lemon, zest of
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup low-fat cream cheese or 1/4 cup fat free cream cheese
Recipe
- 1 place the double cream, lemon zest and sugar in a large bowl and whisk until it thickens.
- 2 add lemon juice and whisk again until thick.
- 3 fold in cream cheese.
- 4 transfer to serving dishes.
- 5 refridgerate for approximately one hour.
