Down Home Peach Pudding Bread

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups bisquick or 1 1/2 cups equivilant baking mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 melt butter, set aside.
  • 3 drain peaches, reserve juice.
  • 4 grease a 13x9x2 pan, place drained peaches in pan.
  • 5 pour can of condensed milk over peaches.
  • 6 combine baking mix, cinnamon, vanilla, milk and saved juice in a bowl.
  • 7 pour over peaches and condensed milk.
  • 8 add melted margarine.
  • 9 stir only three times.
  • 10 bake for 15 minutes and score top.
  • 11 continue baking for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 12 serve warm or cold with vanilla ice cream.
