Christmas Pudding

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, make a smooth paste of the cocoa powder with a little milk.
- 2 mix it with the remaining milk.
- 3 whisk the eggs, one at a time.
- 4 add all the ingredients except butter.
- 5 grease a pudding mould with butter and pour the mixture into it.
- 6 cover.
- 7 keep this mould in a bigger vessel of boiling water.
- 8 cover with a lid and cook.
- 9 turn the prepared pudding onto a dish.
- 10 garnish as desired, eg: sliced kiwi fruits make a nice garnish.
