- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 mix all of the above in a heavy bottom sauce pan.
- 2 bring to a gentle boil over medium low heat. stir often to make sure it doesn't burn.
- 3 cook for 15-20 min., or until thickened.
- 4 let cool for 10 minute.
- 5 searve hot or cold, and enjoy!
