Ingredients

- 4 cups bread cubes
- 2 cups nonfat milk
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons applesauce
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat over to 325.
- 2 put bread cubes in greased 9x9 pan.
- 3 combine all other ingredients and pour mixture over bread.
- 4 bake uncovered for 60-75 minutes.
