Peaches And Cream Cheesecake By Pampered Chef

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (28 ounce) can sliced peaches
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons peach juice

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 combine flour, dry pudding mix and salt in a mdium bowl and mix well.
  • 3 add milk, egg and butter stirring until blended.
  • 4 pat over the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9 or 10 inch round baking dish.
  • 5 drain the peaches reserving 3 tablespoons of peach juice.
  • 6 arrange the peach slices over prepared layer.
  • 7 beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and reserved peach juice in a large bowl until well blended, scraping bowl occasional.
  • 8 spread over peaches.
  • 9 sprinkle with remaning 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon.
  • 10 bake for 30 minutes or until set.
  • 11 let stand until cooled.
  • 12 chill covered in the fridge.
