Hawaiian Dessert

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (8 ounce) box jiffy yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (12 ounce) container whipped topping

Recipe

  • 1 prepare cake mix as directed on package.
  • 2 bake in greased 9x13x1 pan for 20 minutes.
  • 3 topping:.
  • 4 mix pudding mix, milk, and cream cheese together.
  • 5 spread over cooled cake.
  • 6 drain pineapple and spread over pudding mixture.
  • 7 spread whipped topping over pineapple.
  • 8 sprinkle with coconut, if desired.
  • 9 chill and serve.
