Ingredients

- 1 (8 ounce) box jiffy yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (12 ounce) container whipped topping
Recipe
- 1 prepare cake mix as directed on package.
- 2 bake in greased 9x13x1 pan for 20 minutes.
- 3 topping:.
- 4 mix pudding mix, milk, and cream cheese together.
- 5 spread over cooled cake.
- 6 drain pineapple and spread over pudding mixture.
- 7 spread whipped topping over pineapple.
- 8 sprinkle with coconut, if desired.
- 9 chill and serve.
