Easy Creme Brulee

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 egg yolks
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 mix egg yolks with cream and sugar.
  • 2 heat in a waterbath until mixture starts to thicken.
  • 3 pour into 6 small dishes/rammekins.
  • 4 sprinkle brown sugar on top and carmellize with a high power torch.
  • 5 enjoy!
