Ingredients
- 8 egg yolks
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 mix egg yolks with cream and sugar.
- 2 heat in a waterbath until mixture starts to thicken.
- 3 pour into 6 small dishes/rammekins.
- 4 sprinkle brown sugar on top and carmellize with a high power torch.
- 5 enjoy!
