- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (8 ounce) sour cream
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn
- 2 eggs
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- 2 transfer to 9x12 baking pan.
- 3 bake at 350 for 45 min or until it starts to brown and become firm.
