Chocolate Yogurt Creme Pudding

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 ounce unflavored gelatin (1 package or equivalent)
  • 1 1/3 cups milk, 2%
  • 16 ounces vanilla yogurt, lowfat
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 in medium saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and gelatin.
  • 2 gradually stir in milk.
  • 3 let stand 5 minutes.
  • 4 cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil and gelatin is dissolved.
  • 5 cool slightly.
  • 6 add yogurt and vanilla. blend gently until just well combined.
  • 7 pour into dessert dishes.
  • 8 refrigerate 6 hours or until set.
  • 9 top with fruit if you want to do so.
