Chocolate Yogurt Creme Pudding

Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/4 ounce unflavored gelatin (1 package or equivalent)
- 1 1/3 cups milk, 2%
- 16 ounces vanilla yogurt, lowfat
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 in medium saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and gelatin.
- 2 gradually stir in milk.
- 3 let stand 5 minutes.
- 4 cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil and gelatin is dissolved.
- 5 cool slightly.
- 6 add yogurt and vanilla. blend gently until just well combined.
- 7 pour into dessert dishes.
- 8 refrigerate 6 hours or until set.
- 9 top with fruit if you want to do so.
