Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe

  • 1 whir all ingredients in a blender for a couple of minutes.
