• 1 (1 ounce) box sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix (not instant)
• 2 cups skim milk
• 1 cup cool whip free (thawed)

Recipe

• 1 combine pudding mix and milk in a microwave-safe bowl.
• 2 mix with a whisk.
• 3 cook for 1 minute on high.
• 4 stir and cook 2 minutes longer.
• 5 stir again and cook 1 minute.
• 6 stir and cook 2 more minutes or until mixture comes to a boil.
• 7 stir and place plastic wrap on the surface of the pudding.
• 8 cool.
• 9 fold whipped topping into pudding.
• 10 enjoy!
