Pecan Rolls

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed about 4 hours
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 (6 ounce) box vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup pecans

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in sauce pan.
  • 2 add brown sugar, pudding, milk, cinammon and pecans.
  • 3 stir til well blended.
  • 4 grease a 9 x 13 pan with vegetable spray.
  • 5 cut each loaf into 12 slices.
  • 6 place on bottom of pan.
  • 7 pour all of the sauce over.
  • 8 cover with foil and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
  • 9 remove foil.
  • 10 bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
  • 11 turn over onto a jelly roll pan.
  • 12 be careful, the sauce is very hot!
