Mocha Pudding (low Sugar)

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (1 1/2 ounce) packages sugar-free instant pudding mix (chocolate flavor, jell-o brand recommended)
  • 3 tablespoons instant espresso powder
  • 2 cups 2% low-fat milk (cold)
  • 4 tablespoons fat free reddi-wip topping (extra creamy style preferred)

Recipe

  • 1 beat dry pudding mix, espresso powder and milk with whisk 2 minutes.
  • 2 gently beat in reddi-wip.
  • 3 pour mixture into 8 dessert dishes (or cute mugs).
  • 4 refrigerate until ready to serve (at least one hour), then garnish with additional reddwip if desired and a sprinkling of espresso powder.
