Mocha Pudding (low Sugar)

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 (1 1/2 ounce) packages sugar-free instant pudding mix (chocolate flavor, jell-o brand recommended)
- 3 tablespoons instant espresso powder
- 2 cups 2% low-fat milk (cold)
- 4 tablespoons fat free reddi-wip topping (extra creamy style preferred)
Recipe
- 1 beat dry pudding mix, espresso powder and milk with whisk 2 minutes.
- 2 gently beat in reddi-wip.
- 3 pour mixture into 8 dessert dishes (or cute mugs).
- 4 refrigerate until ready to serve (at least one hour), then garnish with additional reddwip if desired and a sprinkling of espresso powder.
