Lemon Lush

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 8 ounces butter, room temp
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temp
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) container cool whip
  • 3 packages instant lemon pudding mix
  • 4 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 lemon, zest of

Recipe

  • 1 set oven at 350 degrees.
  • 2 blend flour, â½ cup walnuts, and butter with fork.
  • 3 press into bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan.
  • 4 bake for 15 minutes, then cool for 15 minutes.
  • 5 in a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer, and blend in a little more than â½ tub cool whip.
  • 6 layer this mixture on cooled crust.
  • 7 in a bowl, beat pudding and milk until thickened.
  • 8 set in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • 9 layer pudding on cheese mixture.
  • 10 top with remaining cool whip, remaining walnuts, and lemon zest.
  • 11 refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
