Ingredients

- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 8 ounces butter, room temp
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temp
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) container cool whip
- 3 packages instant lemon pudding mix
- 4 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1/2 lemon, zest of
Recipe
- 1 set oven at 350 degrees.
- 2 blend flour, â½ cup walnuts, and butter with fork.
- 3 press into bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan.
- 4 bake for 15 minutes, then cool for 15 minutes.
- 5 in a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer, and blend in a little more than â½ tub cool whip.
- 6 layer this mixture on cooled crust.
- 7 in a bowl, beat pudding and milk until thickened.
- 8 set in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- 9 layer pudding on cheese mixture.
- 10 top with remaining cool whip, remaining walnuts, and lemon zest.
- 11 refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
