Graham Cracker Pudding Iii
Ingredients
- Servings: 1
- 1 (1/4 ounce) package plain gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream or 1 (1 1/3 ounce) package dream whip
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- to taste graham cracker (amount you desire)
Recipe
- 1 heat gelatin and salt in double boiler to dissolve the gelatin.
- 2 add egg yolks, sugar and salt to gelatin mixture and make hot. cool quickly.
- 3 beat egg whites.
- 4 beat whipping cream or dream whip.
- 5 combine whites, whipped cream and vanilla.
- 6 fold into cool mixture and into cracker lined 9-inch square pan.
- 7 top with crackers
