Graham Cracker Pudding Iii

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 (1/4 ounce) package plain gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream or 1 (1 1/3 ounce) package dream whip
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • to taste graham cracker (amount you desire)

Recipe

  • 1 heat gelatin and salt in double boiler to dissolve the gelatin.
  • 2 add egg yolks, sugar and salt to gelatin mixture and make hot. cool quickly.
  • 3 beat egg whites.
  • 4 beat whipping cream or dream whip.
  • 5 combine whites, whipped cream and vanilla.
  • 6 fold into cool mixture and into cracker lined 9-inch square pan.
  • 7 top with crackers
