Eggnog Oatmeal

Total Time: 4 mins Preparation Time: 1 min Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon sweet 'n low
  • 1 tablespoon nonfat milk
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Recipe

  • 1 mix oats, flax seed and water.
  • 2 cook to desired consistency (my microwave is about 2 minutes).
  • 3 let cool.
  • 4 mix in egg.
  • 5 microwave 20 seconds at a time, then stir.
  • 6 repeat until egg begins to coagulate.
  • 7 add milk, vanilla, sweet n low, and sprinkling of nutmeg.
  • 8 enjoy.
