Easy Cornbread Pudding

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix
• 1 (14 ounce) can creamed corn
• 1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn
• 1/2-1 cup butter, melted
• 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
• 2 pour into 9x13 casserole that has been sprayed with pam.
• 3 bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
