- 2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 (14 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 1/2-1 cup butter, melted
- 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- 2 pour into 9x13 casserole that has been sprayed with pam.
- 3 bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
