Cream Of Corn Pudding

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 15 ounces cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in bowl of food processor and process for about 10 seconds.
  • 2 pour into buttered small casserole.
  • 3 bake at 375 uncovered for 45 minutes until golden and set.
