Never Been Better Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup sugar substitute (splenda)
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups 2% low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup coffee-mate cinnamon vanilla liquid creamer
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup raisins
- whipped cream, on top if desired (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place rice in bowl, and add all ingredients, and stir to mix.
- 2 pour into greased baking dish and bake for about 50 minutes in a 350°f oven.
