Microwave Self Saucing Chocolate Pudding

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa (extra)
  • 2 cups boiling water

Recipe

  • 1 place butter in a microwave proof dish, melt on high for 1 minute.
  • 2 stir in sifted flour, cocoa, sugar ,milk and vanilla.
  • 3 beat until smooth with a wooden spoon.
  • 4 sprinkle with sifted cocoa & brown sugar.
  • 5 pour over boiling water.
  • 6 cook on high for 12 minutes (watch incase it boils over).
  • 7 let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  • 8 serve with icecream or cream.
