Ma's Lemon Pudding Cake

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 1 qt baking dish.
  • 2 separate eggs and beat egg whites until stiff.
  • 3 in separate bowl, whisk together flour, sugar and salt. add lemon juice, egg yolks and milk and stir together.
  • 4 fold in beaten egg whites and pour into baking dish.
  • 5 set dish in pan of hot water 1" deep and bake for 50 minutes.
